The French researchers surveyed 198 aged 18 to 53 period of women
complain fatigue, and is healthy. Through the research survey, women some

The woman is the most prone to iron deficiency phenomenon, iron for fitness is very important. If the iron intake is insufficient, iron deficiency affect human health, pale, dizziness, lack of power, etc. Women can eat more contain iron rich foods, such as lean meat, chicken, soybean, fortified cereals, etc.

Iron deficiency in women is common! I started taking iron supplements because I felt fatigued often, and now I feel like I have more energy. I also try to eat foods with lots of iron like spinach, soy and fortified cereals.
